Kearney Plaza Townhomes is a 50 unit apartment complex located in Kearney, NE and is less than a mile away from the University of Nebraska-Kearney campus.  The property is controlled through HUDs Section 8 program and was acquired through locking in a new 20 year rental contract from HUD with automatic annual increases as well as financing through HUDs Mark-to-Market program.  These financing sources funded the acquisition as well as rehabilitation of the property.  The property has outperformed the anticipated returns in each of the 8 years of our ownership and we anticipate the property to be debt free in approximately another 10 years.
