Mr. Bennett has nine years of commercial real estate experience. Over this time, he has been involved in over 56 real estate transactions throughout the northeastern part of the United States, representing approximately $124 million in value. Starting his professional career in investment banking, Mr. Bennett acquired his Series 7 and Series 63 though an investment banking firm in New York City that specialized in the biotech industry. In 2004, he started his career in real estate as a tenant representative in New York City. Over the course of his tenure with Hunter Real Estate, he represented both local and national companies in the leasing and sale of commercial space. Upon moving to Colorado, he joined Hamilton Realty Advisors, LLC in 2012 to specialize in a niche of the real estate market. Utilizing his experience in negotiations and business development, he has focused on expanding the Hamilton Realty Advisors, LLC footprint throughout the Northeastern Region of the United States.
